Not sure if this coin has been raised for discussion and examination.

Nice looking coin Cricket Ball on one side and the MCG on the other,

Anyway just purchased one and noticed on the cricket ball convex side - the stitching on the ball has a impression on the 3rd last stitch, does anyone know what this is.

looks like its part of the design, might be the way they tie-off the stitching when finishing a ball.

as for mitch he has over acheived.

Cant get a good look at the seam thingy you asked about from the stock pic.

Im interested in the coin so a pic of an actual one would be greatly appreciated.

That's the RAM coin posted by Chips, looks like its the actual design of the coin, very impressive coin, lets see how it performs.

have a look at the pic Chip provided the third stitch from the bottom of the coin has a dimple - that is what I'm referring to, that is is exactly what my coin looks like.

I would've thought they use 4 piece balls in international cricket, so if it is a finishing stitch, they've given great attention to one detail and missed another crucial one. :/

Pop down to a sports store tomorrow and have a look at a leather cricket ball.

I thought 6 stitch cricket balls are standard, are you saying there is an error in this design.
