True - but currency coinage - face value of 5,000 Burundi Francs or $3.21 USA WOW

    It's worded the coin
" makes the viewer feel as though they were actually on safari "
can't wait to be a world traveler

Seems like a good deal if your looking for something different. I would have to see a video or see it in person though, the photos I have seen are not very impressive. For a coin though it is a fair price.

When I think of a terrific design of an African big cat or African wildlife coin or round, I compare all designs to what I think is the best that I've seen:

I have some on order, first in a series and great price close to other generics I had to take a punt.
The kicker will be to see what the next coin looks like.
(will post pics if mine get delivered first.)

Few dealers ordering these in - first monster boxes should be in Oz within a week or so.

Saw them at the FUN Show in person, they look alright. I'm guessing Burundi legal tender coins are going to pop up more often in future.

Yes, that's what I paid for mine. I really like the coin.

Not that I am trying to get you to spend money on terrific silver coins (because I think like so many of us, you do it because you want to anyway), but my other favorite wildlife silver coin (though not African) is the 2014 Ibex Ultra High Relief coin:

I've got one each of the proof & BU of the Burundi.

    Will be stopping there.

They're okay.. the design in hand is bit nicer than pictured.

Minting condition / quality could be a little better, though.

Wouldn't be stacking them, per se, but glad I got mine.

Lately, I've started adding 1 nice to have coin/round with each bullion order. Makes things a little more interesting.

I just ordered some from JM Bullion. I was wondering what Air-Tites would fit best with this?

I bought a tube back when they came out. I really don't think these will do very good, and I think I would have been better off buying bullion for the price.

JMB has them on sale so its $1 more or even money then the lowest cost silver bullion , better to have currency then just bars or rounds .
You know there is a saying " A bad day fishing is better then work "
well any silver 1 oz is better then a clad coin ,

Per MCM, diameter = 38.43 mm

I used the H-39 Direct Fits.
