    who wants one? I do!

I looked on the RAM website and didnt see it for sale. I saw the 1/5 oz sunset one but not the 1 oz
Is this available at Downies and E.C. only?

Not sure where you can get em but I do like the simplicity of this coin

Hmm, I only know where you could get the 2012 version, not the latest one though.

Wonder if they look the same.

They have them at Downies and Euro Collections for $107 but I was wondering why they are not available directly through the Royal Aussie Mint cheaper?

Each coin minted by the RAM has a limited mintage. This one has a mintage of 5,000 which means the mint will not produce or sell more than 5,000 of this coin.

So when you checked out the mint site they might have ran out of stock and will never have the coin back as 2013 Kangaroo in outback. If you want to own the coin now, you will have to buy it from a coin shop or someone who has the coin. Be prepared to pay a premium over the coin's actual value as it is now in demand over and above its limited supply.

This is actually a bit misleading. The 5,000 mintage refers to 5,000 being released with COA in box. There is actually another 10,000 released as part of the F15 sets for a total real mintage of 15,000.

I have these and the F15 Kookaburra on order, both will come in the square F15 capsule only.

Thanks for the info - Can you let us know where you found that information?
Wondering whether some coins I am looking at would have mintages figures for special packs.

    Cheers

This information is from my distributor that I buy these coins from. ;)

The Kook and Maple are also 15K mintage this year, the rest are 10K. This also seems to be the first year where more coins have the privy mark than don't.
