hey hey good idea fishball than we could auction it off over at pandaxe at $1 starting bid I will bet that will bring the sniper cat out Im shocked he has not made an appearance yet
Hheheh... I think I would probably put a reserve on that one ... unless it got a MS68... then it might not
Other expo panda. Good to pa business. I prefer to buy graded in a few months for 120/150 in pf69 And 170/200 in pf70 ;-)
I think you are a little too generous on your prices there Thor. Issue price on this medal is only US$119.00 From recent history with the ANA and Singapore Fair Medals , MCM flooding the market has depressed the 69 prices to below issue.
Yes. But berlin have more people interested than the two recents expos Will saw. But if i can buy cheaper better ;-)
Thor could be right ,who knows ,the unknown is ? panda america most probably will try to retail coins first,MCM sold a fair amount of coins at a very low price with the ana,s and shanghai,s , what was his cost ?? who knows ??,does MCM particpate again if he did not make money? do they sell out in Berlin ?? Here is my position if I want one for my collection ,what do I care if I pay 119 or 100?? ,you always run the risk of the train leaving the station on you I personally will buy 1 to secure 1 then wait and see ,
Good points Joe. I like to grade my coins therefore to get a raw medal and get it graded, if you include effort, time and shipping is going to cost approximately $150.00 and you might end up with a 68. This is mere speculation but I think PA is giving MCM a sweetheart deal on excess inventory and selling them to PA for substantially below issue price.
+1. Good looking Panda coin medal, definitely getting one of these (hopefully cheap graded from MCM or something).
MCM will probably not have this until the Berlin Fair is over. My guess is PA is going to flog them in Berlin and all over the world at issue price and whatever is left will be sent to MCM for "liquidation".
