    I see New Zealand Mint has a 2012 Great White Shark 1oz Silver Coin "Coming Soon"

    Any ideas when "Coming Soon" will be? I would like to get this coin when its released.

    At least Perth Mint give release dates, never bought from New Zealand mint before.

    Have no idea when they are being released, typical NZ Mint with lack of any information :/
    But, they nearly always sell exclusively through APMEX or Gainesville, keep an eye on those sites.

    Love the water splash effect.. cant perth mint learn to make nice coins? 10/10 !

    Ive said it before.. with a quasi-decent online marketer.. the NZMINT would be the market leader in premium bullion and proof coins.. they seem to be happy going under the radar.. like a NFP?

    Perth mint makes rubbish proofs for the most and prices are extraordinarly high.. so NZMINT is superior in any criterion you can name IMO"

    Packaging - NZMINT
    Theme Choice - NZMINT

    Now NZMINT just need to learn how to use the internet, Perth Mint have a plethura of issues - not customer focused, overpriced products, inferior designs, inferior quality - esp the "sticker transfer coloured coins" , inferior product/product choice, dracionian buying and sign up rules, upsetting collectors through poor/unfair distribrution practices, being disingenuious about product shipments timeframes and not producing bullion in favour of a novelty 100kg gold coin.

    Agree 100%

    I don't even bother trying their webstore anymore, can't usually actually buy anything from them - just directs you to one of their distributors in the US. As a kiwi and a coin collector I would love to be able to get more of their coins but they just make it too hard.

    Will wait for maggie to do another gainesville or apmex order when they are available and get them that way :)

    I just bought 20 each of the gilded Taku and gilded Swordbill from Gainesville. The shark will definitely be on my list when it gets released....................
