2012 Dragon 3-coin silver proof set

    Does anyone have an idea of how much these 3-coin silver proof sets will go for? (2oz, 1oz, 1/2oz)

    My only quote so far from an Aussie dealer is $399 + shipping.

    Well I wasn't sure, seeing as how the 2011 Rabbit set was $345 issue price.

    Hobo-jo i don't know if those sets are directly comparable.

    4 square set mintage = 3,000
    3 coin dragon mintage = 1,000

    Yeah i think if the 3 coin rabbit went for 345, and 3 coin dragon goes for 400, that's quite a jump.

    Any dealers on this forum have an allocation and can beat $399? PM me! :)

    So proof is just a coin that is more detailed? More precisely stamped?

    Proof has a mirror like finish, a different dye is used to get that sheen where bullion coins is just stamped.

    I remembered seeing somewhere that they were gonna be 379 on release but can't find it anywhere now. Also the rabbits from resellers are 379 to buy now as well aren't they
