I think the mintage is high ,but I got to tell you all 5 oz are way cheap IMHO i saw a 91 panda go for 560 on e bay ,that is ridiculous as i believe it is one of the key dates with like a 5000 mintage ....IMHO the next thing to sky rocket is 5oz panda,s especially the earlier years with 5000 to 10000 mintage ,if a guy has some extra cash and a decent time horizon IMHO he would be richly rewarded tucking them away , look at what is happening with the 1/2oz panda you couldnt give them away 6 month,s ago

Right now with current issues, my policy is just to wait for MCM to flood the market with NGC PF/MS 69s. You can usually pick one up from them for cheaper than buying raw and than sending it to NGC for grading.
