2011 Pandas - two varieties????

Well lots of people have bought 2011 Pandas on this forum. Did you know that there may be two varieties that are yet to be officially confirmed? Peter Anthony Pandacollector has a write up on his website http://www.pandacollector.com/

I only buy the small eyed. They are the original Pandas.

 

It's one of the mysteries of panda buying I guess, the different varieties.

Yep, both are legit.

 

funny thing is about these 2011's is that I mentioned it in a post here probably about 8 months ago but I have many of these 2011's raw and graded and never noticed the eye difference yet but have noticed a few that have a different finish on them. It's fairly pronounced and I don't attribute it to die wear. I'm not questioning the big or small eye at all, it's just that I have not come across any or possibly my eyesite not that good.

Although they are all in SDB's I think I may have some photos to post up to see the difference.
