2003 1oz Au Panda in OMP - flip or slab?

    Since I am not a numismatic collector, I actually have been staying away from those artificial rectangular holders. I just want to obtain things in their original condition.

    Or if the coin did not come in a capsule, then adding a tight fitting capsule is ok, but not the whole big thing where I can't even see the whole coin, just a face sticking out. But I tell myself that I am obviously not the target so it does not matter.

    In regards to your question, I think you should seriously take the potential market into consideration. And as stated above, if the Chinese don't like seeing their coin in American packaging, then a MS70 or 69 might only sell in Australia or US, but will not receive a premium over there.

    Once it is out of the packaging it can't go back in.

    Starting to think OMP is the way to keep it.

    Likely to offer it for sale in the next month or so in that case.
