    here there everywhere
    I'm no Panda expert
But ,as a coin it looks like a fake to me
Just look at the quality of the strike & compare it to one that you own .
The detail is lost in the fakes as they are plated

    :D

From pic 1 and 2, box and coa is definitely real,
the coin itself I'm not so sure, fonts (position/size) are correct, 50Y, everything is in the correct position

cant confirm that its 100% real because I couldn't see the details (fur, leaves) of the panda

but I won't risk it, if the seller only have 11 feedback

He's' certainly not a dealer but if I had the $ I would buy this set, definitely, lowish feedback % but it's worth the risk... these are the types of buys where possibly the seller is unaware of the sets value or else they're trying to recover what they can from the estate sale. Anyway to me it seems a genuine sale, ebay/paypal protection if anything goes wrong... someone should steal this bargain.

I did not buy it :) . I would have pulled the trigger if the picture of reverse of the coin was there. I emailed seller about that couple of hours back, but did not get a response. Hope it turns out well for whoever bought it.

Certainly lot of people read this forum, as after posting this there have been three offers submitted and someone bought it out - before that it was there for days :)

Whoever bought it, I would request to post what happens - if you are reading this post.

I was doing some investigation on the side, and it seems that a large hoard of these sets have be released in Sarasota, Florida area in USA through some estate auction, and lots of such sets are coming out from there. There are series of sells of such sets for around 500-600 recently. Overall this looks legitimate from this finding.
