@Bigfella, there's probably info about that sort of stuff in the hysterical societies or books published by local authors and either for sale in the newsagents in town or tourist bureaus and probably held in local libraries. For example I have a share certificate from my local area issued at the same time by the notorious Robert Ross* who was probably a long lost relative of Sam Bankman-Fried and makes for interesting reading in a couple of books published locally, of which there is no shortage as everyone wants to be an author. Stuff like this can be found for sale on eBay, I think you can borrow books from other libraries across the country now as long as you're a member of your local library. The only reference I could find on line for the first was the Cumberland Chimney outside of Georgetown. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attract...91943520:p/?albumid=-160&type=0&category=-160 * Good old Robert Ross "salted" the lease.
