Welcome to Silver Stackers and thanks for a unbelievable offer. I won't take the chance but I hope if someone does that it works out well.
Yes spot is approximately $21 an ounce, however most silver sells for over spot in 1oz rounds, I think the cheapest I have seen on here is a tube at $450 hence $22.50each.
When there are new members that make these offers alarm bells do ring as most are bogus.

While I am tempted to post a photo and get back to defending my honour in another thread, instead, I'll drop the price to $18 per ounce and give a photo to the first person to say "buzz" in this thread, without seeing a photo first. Yes, I humour myself in sabotagey ways but I don't care.

I really need the cut-price deals on my cut-price income, but there's no way I'm bank transferring to someone with no reputation who refuses to even post photos. You even have the gall to be offended that people don't trust you? Come on. Trust is earned. Do a few face-to-face trades and build up some good will.

At this point in the thread, I agree. But when someone says "buzz" without a photo, you can have that title if no-one else beats you.
