I recently bought some 10 oz silver bars from Perth Mint which are of a different size ( slightly longer )to previous purchases and have a different stamp as well. The earlier purchases have a stamp depicting a left facing swan with a ribbon or banner, wheras the more recent purchases ( January 2011 ) have a stamp with a right facing swan with a fanned tail. Also the stamp on the recently purchased bars is less clearly marked. What is the difference ? Why are they different ?

I can see the appeal of the 10oz bar. That little lady is very sexy and very shiny.
Captain, my Captain: I think I may have fallen in love...
