Can anyone provide some information on when and for how long these were produced, and also any idea on the amount of them made?

Apparently they are rare and collectible so Im seeking some factoids about them.

Last year I sold an empty bottle of snake oil for $100
    So $200 seems reasonable :D

They changed the logo in 2007-2008 when they rationalized their product lines and packaging. Some items may have ceased production a bit earlier in 2006-2007.

From memory, those bars in that packaging were produced from the late 90s up until 2007.
