There's a mountain range in Germany called the Harz Mountains and near one of the towns is a lake filled with 1.5 Million tons of Gold,200 tons of Silver,14 000 tons of copper ,100 000 tons of zinc as well as 80.000.000 euro's worth of Indium.
As best as I can understand it those metals where a by-product when iron ore was mined in the area and precious metals couldn't be separated and where dumped into the lakes instead.
    That's only 52.910.942.924 ounces.
Looks like a well researches article, maybe its time to forget about that polish NAZI train and go snorkelling instead.

So there is 7 million tons of tailing dumped into pond many moons ago

these tailing have not even been tested as yet

yet these tailing we are told are set to contain several hundred MILLION euros worth of metal

that includes a supposed 1.5 million tons of gold

    BUT

Hang on doesnt 1.5 millions tons of gold work out to a value of 50 TRILLION euros

Still think this looks like a well researched article, snorkel as much as you like all you will
find is some worthless toxic mud.

At least the train story may have some credence to it, this article was written by someone
    devoid of commonsense

    cheers grant

Someone's bullshit detector needs calibrating. That's about nine times the amount of gold ever mined in history, if you believe the official estimates. Byproduct, lol.

I'd be guessing that the "million tons" is supposed to be "million ounces" - somewhat more believable, especiallly from the point of view that 7 million tons tailings containing 1.5 million tons gold would not be tailings but very very very high grade ore.

Could be an attempt to further discredit gold and silver as a store of wealth.

Simply an error the copy-editor missed. Reading the original article, its clear they meant 1.5 tonnes of gold which is a far more realistic number.

i heard there is 100,000,000 quadrillion Tons of Gold in our galaxy. Just need to build a warp drive and bring it home. But it doesn't stop there! they say there is infinity galaxy's, so infinity Gold. Armstrong should do a report on this for the reason gold will crash.

When I googled the info the only other source I found that quoted those numbers was 'Bild'... that's when I was sure it was nonsense
