Regarding the ING card, I can confirm this for use in the USA at least. There is no currency conversion fee. All you pay is $AU2.50 each time you use an ATM in the USA. You get the mastercard exchange rate which at times seemed to be a better rate than when I looked at on xe.com I even noticed that at most ATM's in the US they will say on the screen you will be paying an ATM fee to the bank of between USD2-5 depending on the bank. However I notice though that you in fact do not pay this fee, all you pay is the $AUD2.50 and get the current mastercard exchange rate. Very happy with this card for withdrawing cash from ATM's overseas. Remember however if you use this card either online or at a shop then you pay 3% currency conversion fee. So my recommendation is use the 28 Degrees card or the Citibank Debit when buying online or in a store overseas and if you want some cash use the ING card at an ATM.
