    This items is controlling by ex-owner of Panda America Martin Weiss. He decide and fix the price.

    He distribute to others wholesellers.

    I assume he sold majority of them to wholesellers so it is not easy to get a good price in this case except someone loss faith and sell low.

    What a piece of sh*t coin. It says almost perfect, yet it is riddled with milk stains. That needs to be melted and made into a different coin. My guess? Shanghai mint. I'll go look now.

    Edit: can't find out who it is...private mint?

    My recollection is that the Hong Kong Coin Show Pandas were not struck at the Shanghai Mint, but by a private mint in Shanghai.The heart-shaped Pandas are a promotion (benefit?) for China Pricepedia subscribers. They were struck by the Shenyang Mint. So far, I have not seen a single white spot on any of them. The mintage is 980.
