    It will be going up next month and then mostly going down I believe.

    My reasoning:

    Few weeks ago, Dudley have just said that the FED can be gentle in hiking rates? Dudley, Fischer and Yellen are on the same FEDs boat.

    However, recently Yellen said she needs to do more studies. I think she means she's putting a pause on hiking interest rate. Therefore, this month no chance of rate hike due to the month before the election.

    While the month after the new president is elected (Hopefully Donald Trump) Feds may do the rate hike.
