    Hi Everyone
I have this very toned kook. I find darkly toned coins hard to assess. Without revealing the allocated grade I wonder how you would rate this. I was thinking of sending it for cross grading but before doing so wanted your opinion. These are all the same coin in different lighting.
    Thanks for looking

    Hi BulkCoins
No it was slabbed recently. As all these 1990 kooks it was in a velvet Perth Mint Box and therefore the toning. It was slabbed as is.

Thanks for the reply it was graded MS 65 which I think is crazy. I have 4 others ms 66-69 - This one is better in my opinion. They seem to have dropped the grade based on the toning and possibly a very minor rim knock. I think it should be 68 not 65. Thanks

Maybe there are marks or hairlines beneath the tone. Can you see anything?

No there are no hairlines - considering cross grading with NGC
