I absolutely love the design of the Queens Beasts but am wary of the milk spotting problem with Britannia from RMint.
The premium is not exactly cheap and any lactation on the 1st coin will prob kill any numis value for this series.
My money is still on the Elemetal Privateer UHR Series.

Hear any report of QB milking so far?

Premium isn't that bad, it is only $32 an ounce, less than lunars.

Shop around. Many US bullion dealers have them now for just a bit over spot. JM Bullion has them for US $43/45 depending on payment
method. Also given the quality issues consider a graded piece. Paradise has them for $60 for MS69. 70s are very scarce for these an
worth a lot, and $60 is less than the cost of the coin and grading.

Could you upload a picture, I want see if it look like the RM ones or after market.

I have 5 that I bought from them that I used 2oz high relief ones they sold, now that they have specif one for the beast I want to know if it is worth the expense to get them, I have two singles that I bought from the mint so I know what the genuine should look like.

When I get home I'll check, if it looks closer to the genuine one.

I spoke to a lady at PB when I bought the original 5 beasts, she was upfront and told me the high relief capsules didnt fit well, but it was that or nothing, so I bought it.

Looks like a good fit and fit in a H recap tube.

I think I got turned off this series after the Royal Mint severely restricted distribution and almost artificially caused a high premium on the very first of the series. There's no way I would inclined to begin a collection that I know will span 9 more coins.

I feel there are other coins I could buy without having to grapple with the competition.

That said, the series will be beautiful for sure.

I quite fancy buying some of these, simply because they're so beautiful. They're currently priced at AUD63 each for qty 10 (2oz) which seems like a reasonable price to me. I'm not a collector though, so this would simply be a means to diversify my PM stack without paying a huge premium, plus they're gorgeous!

Your thoughts for a non-numismatic stacker?

Im not a numi either, more an adhoc collector

Since this is new series and we dont have to pay a premium for older ones, I am considering completing two sets.

Dont know what the mintage numbers are but I think at worst they would hold their modest premiums + spot (barring milky spots) .
Presume there are some "time" price appreciation as well looking at 1986 average American eagles are selling for $50 US.

Plus $31.50 an ounce compares well to lunar premiums (if you buy from PB you should spring for a $2 capsules), still $65 not bad value.

I basically stack what I find interesting ,like some in low premium generic stuff to flip or trade and perth mint of course
This coin is quite the craftsmans joy it is very well minted and remarkable to look at

As Ipv6Ready pointed out at 31.50 per ounce it's a good deal

If you like this coin Have a look at the Isle of man 2016 angel

What Tas said, it is a good looking coin.

Also hopefully it is not annual release, numistacker linked vid above hope it is correct.
Id much prefer 2 design a year release than waiting ten years. I might not be interested in coins in 10 years time lol
