I was wondering when the next coin in the Evolution of Life series is coming out. Thanks for covering that! Any idea when they go on sale?

They usually trickle out over the next 4-8 weeks.

I ordered the Ammonite (Evolution of Life series) silver coin last year and it is one of the coolest looking coins I own....and I own some really cool looking coins.

Think I might have to get one of those skulls, and turn it into a pendant.

    Thanks for another great article.

I wonder how this stuff will be priced. I guess 5oz will be quite expensive.

Mintage 2750 not too high for the skull coin?

The skull coin is probably the nicest I have seen of the subject...really innovative. However, the skull them seems to be everywhere lately.....almost worse than Odin.

Skull coin is 1 oz not 5 oz as far as the article states.

My guess is that it is quite a small (diameter) coin because the relief is high....still, it looks kick ass!

Glad they put a mintage of 2750 for the skull. Should deter potential flippers :p

Yes. I meant all the coins that AgAuNews posted.;)

Mintage is also quite high for me. Depends what will be the price. I guess it won't come in capsule as well unless it will be custom made.

Some series from CIT started promising, but were later disappointment for me, like 2nd after Crying wolf.

Too many coins and "too" many mints that try with smth new.

Mintage for the skull is 1750. I did note that there was a difference in two pieces of marketing material and that's now been clarified to the lower number. I can't see where I say the skull is 5oz however. The Denali coin is.

    I didn't say that skull was 5oz.

I guess I wrote a little bit confusing.:)

What I meant was that I'm curious to see the prices, especially of the 5oz coin (Denali) as I guess it will be quite expensive.

It probably will be. The Seven Summits is a nice idea, but some of the mountains are very prominent from their surroundings, such as the Eiger and the Carstenz Pyramid. It will be a great test of smartminting to see if it can pull them off.

A bit confusing -- there's the Evolution of Life trilobite coin and the Evolution of Earth trilobite coin:
