Indeed! Nowhere on earth is the term "sheeple" more applicable than right here in Ozz. Perhaps that's just a by-product of living in the greatest nanny state in the world
Of course being the "Lucky Country" that could never happen. Interesting to see how people are so die hard the Aussie property market. They will swear black and blue that what has happened to the US and European housing market can never happen here.
I like Mike. Even if he is a ranga. Why, oh why, do the vast majority of Australians not see the writing on the wall? Even my financial planner has spoken heavily about property as a wealth creation vehicle. He doesn't think I should be so into PM investments. I'm biding my time before committing: at least til the end of this year, probably well into 2012.
