Glad I bet BIG on this one, I'm still liking it. Although I missed those lithium plays :-(

This is starting to get some good momentum - as long as the gold price holds up we should still make new 52 week highs.

I'm adding more on the next pull back. Also on EVN which has worked out well.

On this in Feb. I don't often win at this game (if I had my own ASX code it would be JNX) so getting itchy fingers.

Do you feel you've missed the lithium boat already, or generally not that interested?

I'm liking the slow but steady grind higher from SLR. Looks like there is some historic resistance at $0.50 so it may stall for a while before continuing

Still plenty of run left in the Lithium plays SDJ, BGS alone will eclipse SLR in short time and there is plenty of other potential around as well.

I have decent BGS and PIO holdings, but not like SLR. But yeah, I think I'm missed the big ramp up, some are up 800% or something stupid.

I stopped trading in SLR a few months back because I didn't like the way the market was priced. Seemed to me the buy/sell spread was suspect and too wide to be suited to frequent trading.....

....and now this guy kind of explains why I didn't feel right.

He reckons price manipulation is pretty widespread, but he backs it up with some actual data and analytics. Very interesting!

Who trades SLR? You buy @ 14.5 and wait?

SLR is effectively a very highly leveraged gold play. It swings pretty nicely with the gold price and doesn't decay like options/warrants and I had a few good trades on it - not intraday, more like intraweek or intramonth.

But they buy/sell spread even at half a cent is still a high percentage and I could see normal price discovery and liquidity was not really there to be a market maker or to fully exploit swings.

Sure, what I do is not for everyone but it works for me. What did you think of the vids?

I sold some recently at over 50c, almost enough to repay my initial investment, but I still plenty that make my whole portfolio swing when it moves by 0.1c
