Am considering getting either a floor or wall safe installed at home. Does anyone have any experience with them? Better brands? Better styles? Combination or key lock? Floor or wall? Size? Any thoughts? Feel free to PM if you don't wish to mention company names in the thread.
I have an el cheapo rifle safe that's bolted to the wall and floor. My next safe I will most definitely not skimp on the price. My two cents - buy the biggest and very best you can afford. Think seriously about where you are mounting the safe if it's a wall mounted one (some bloke had his ripped out by the combination of a car and chain ripping the whole wall out).
