I feel sorry for anyone who sees a Proof-Like kilo Libertad and is not totally wowed. It's difficult to imagine such a person could exist. . .
I love libertads there deffineatly my favorite. Almost ready to get a proof like... I love the smaller proofs!
I'm not impressed by the proof like kilo libertad. It's like a reverse proof no different to standard BU lunar kilos. I would rather they make a normal proof kilo.

The 1982 to 1995 are also fantastic coins. The are what I call the "older" style (even though there was even a previous style called the "onza" that was 92.5% and contained a full ounce of silver- see below link). The 1982-1995 seem to retain their beauty even after going through literal hell in the secondary market- sturdy coins that seem to not damage easily like most coins. Also I can't remember seeing milk spotted ones like many modern coins. Under certain limited circumstances, these coins also can be carefully dipped and come out looking brand new unlike some bullion coins (as long as the toning was relatively mild when dipped). If you can get these close to spot they are a great coin. Those years are really nice and many have certainly been through hell. Some that were stored at the ends of tubes show noticeable toning. Which gives me an opportunity to once again show some pics of mine
I started collecting Libertad proofs when I bought a 2015 2-coin set of reverse proof/proof at a coin show for $475...had them graded, and even though the set number was 233 out of 500, the reverse proof came back PL70 and the regular proof came back PF69...I ended up buying a PF70 from a guy in Texas on ebay for $130 to get a matching set, in case I ever sell it...the Libertad proofs from 1987-2007 are very hard to find and are usually way too expensive...I have bought a couple of raw ones and certified ones on ebay at reasonable prices, however.
