The markets have reached a bullshit saturation point that puts a ceiling on further growth rate increases. The level of bullshit is now too damn high. Traditional pumpastic bullshitery and various associated methods such as money printing, QE, positive talk, population growth and political promises of a better tomorrow are failing to have any effect. The markets just can't take any more, and if more bullshit is pumped into the system then there is a risk it is all going to blow. The best we can hope for is a gradual release of pressure to avoid finding ourselves knee deep in the shit.

So why not stop earning a wage and start your own business and become an employer and create jobs?

Prior to 2008 the market had capacity to absorb more bullshit, but the saturation has really only become noticable over the last few years. Note that we can never reach peak bullshit because supplies of bullshit are unlimited. When you try to pump a finite market with infinite bullshit, the smell of trouble will not be long coming.

How can you discern the smell of trouble over the smell of bullshit?

It would certainly take a refined nose, maybe even some sort of special superpower.

We need to be aware of the risks.
