Trust me, you are not alone with paying higher premiums on some coins in the after market. It happens all the time. .
Is that for the 2oz PM or 3oz Choice Odin???? $235 seems like a great deal for the 3oz at the prices I can find if that's the one you got....$AUD????
Actually the Odin from Choice mint is 3 oz, and is the best in the series, and you're right the price is stellar for a 3 oz coin!!
The second sample was not up to our satisfaction. The problem is that the reduction process used causes a loss and distortion of some details that are just too important to the coin. We have a specialty die maker working on a replacement, and we're fully confident that it will be completed to our satisfaction this time as their technique uses far more modern computer technology to create precise dies. It's possible we are just being overly picky, but we just feel strongly that we wouldn't want to put something out there that we are not absolutely 100% happy with. There is no "good enough" for us. The series is planned for 3 coins per year, so 4 years total. I believe it will go by a lot faster than it sounds. We are preparing some teaser graphics that will release very soon.
Gotta have something by now db23, yes? Come on man. Move, move, move. You should be popping these out as fast as the Chinese do.
I still can get it at low price because the dealers have some and some of my MCC customers want me to help them sell it. Bob still got many and unable to even sell one till now.
C'mon db23 you guys have to be able to show us a pic by now. We were able to see a pic of the Odin coin months before it was finished.
OK, we're still not ready to show a pic of a struck coin, but very soon. How about a picture of the paper box that Valkyrie will come in? Just like Odin, he contains a snip-it of part of the coin.
