Naturally, the design doesn't stand out like the proof version. But I do hope this will appreciate because then the proof version will go up too.
Got mine today, very happy (though for postage to australia I expected a bit more than a padded bag just left in my letterbox). Beautiful coin.
The photo is not to good very difficult with the blister the coin is very nice in the hand the packaging was below zero for a Royal mint incredible to send a expensive coin like that in a litlle bubble envelop !
Got mine today. I compared it against the 2014 and difference in quality is substantial. A bit hard to tell though from these quick comparative pics:

Yeah, me also. I received them quite fast though. I bought 4 of them. I think they will be a nice New Year's gifts. Will probably keep 2. Maybe order more.
Thanks for sharing the comparative pics. The jumbo size pics were useful. The bullion version, while qualitatively not as refined looking as the proof version, for a bullion coin, the 50 for 50 Britannia looks good actually, in my opinion. .
I didn't notice that before! Now its obvious that its the Death Star in the background. They should have used Princess Leia as the woman.
I just received my 50 for 50 Britannia today. It's better in hand than I anticipated. I'm quite pleased with this purchase. .
