What's the definition of "cheap" silver?

    the USD 10 year Silver chart looks strikingly similar. We are probably late in the capitulation just below or at the mean line.

    Hopefully just a little bit more 'despair' to go.

    Ide say we are in the Stealth phase with previous $50 silver just a bit statistical noise.

    Since our goal is speculation, we stockpile and destockpile, is "cheap" a low price on the timeline.
