    Just saying hello hope we can trade sometime.
    Little about me 40 something was in mineral exploration in WA till I got sick (renal failure) so now surf net looking to buy silver while on dialysis. Still in the mining game as I supply remote modular housing to mine camps. Mostly looking for silver as close to spot as possible don't care too much what it looks like, but a guess that's all of us on this site

    The modular housing idea is just finished parts of a house shipped and put together on site. Not cost effective in the populated areas, its an economies of scale thing. The last development was 2000 rooms + costs ran at about $950 per m2. The put together time is short ie the 2000+ rooms went in four months.

    Thanks for the warm welcome. Have enjoyed looking around. You guys sure give some great information. Was looking to buy this week but the volidity has me hesitant hope it settles into a pattern soon.
