It is not just Greece though Errol.
Look at all the polls from the last UK election, could not have been wronger.
    Wronger? LOL,
Anyhow my betting site had yes vote paying $1.30 and NO vote paying $13.00, i got a whole $45 on the no to return $585 and then lost most of it (before they have even paid out) on stupid Japanese girls this morning.

Funnily enough, I went YES on the #Greferendum and lost 10 units* @ 1.30...

...then took profit on US Ladies @ 1.82 for 7 units = 5.74u profit
    Plus US Ladies -1 handicap @ 3.00 for 3 units = 6u profit

Still walked away up 1.74u, can't complain.

The Nippon ladies were slumping on goal production and winning by 1-0esque scorea plus they had less rest verses the surging American girls.

Being played on the day after the Fourth of July, and FIFA wants to raise profile of soccer as a TV sport in the US...you interpret that however you wish.;)

The greeks should just default, surely everyone knows they cant ever pay off their debt so why have the hardship of trying? If you were stupid enough to lend them money in the first place then you probably deserve to loose your money

All this so-called money was just created out of thin air to begin with - so no great loss!

if it was gold that would be a different story...

France pushes for Greek bailout deal

Ros Atkins explains the banking restrictions and the impact that they are having on everyday life in Greece
France will do all it can to keep Greece in the eurozone, because allowing it to leave would be too risky, Prime Minister Manuel Valls has said.

"The basis for a deal exists," he said ahead of an emergency eurozone summit.

However, Germany has warned against any unconditional debt write-off.

Eurozone ministers have called on Greece to put forward fresh proposals after Greek voters rejected the latest draft bailout deal in a referendum.

Final deadline' for Greece debt plan

Italian PM Matteo Renzi "The decision is that we wait until Sunday for the new proposal"
The eurozone has given Greece until Thursday to present new proposals to secure a deal with creditors, and has called a full EU summit for Sunday.

European Council President Donald Tusk said this was now the "most critical moment in the history of the eurozone".

"The final deadline ends this week," he said after emergency talks in Brussels.

The eurozone had expected Greece to submit fresh plans on Tuesday after its voters rejected a deal in a referendum, but no new proposals were tabled.

On Sunday, a meeting of all 28 members of the European Union will be held.

In Brussels, Greece has been given an ultimatum: either there will be a deal or Greece and its banks face the prospect of going bust on Monday, the BBC's Chris Morris in the Belgian capital reports.
