Hi guys I was just looking through my stack trying to work out what type of bars I have, turns out I have 1 type b with a1624 serial number with 10.00 stamped in it. Is that anything special and have a few type b from 9-10 ounce bars individually stamped. Whats the going rate for these. As i'm new is there anyway I can post up a pic?

    Cheers Gents

Nice bar, definitely worth more than spot. Some have gone for $400+

That's the jackpot - very hard to find one with exactly 10.00 stamped on them. Don't let someone lowball you via PM. Most range from 9.6 to 10.4, and given they are stamped with two decimal places, there's about 80 combinations of weights on these things.

The condition that bar appears to be in, and the exact weight, it should attract a premium on the premium.

I don't think anyone's ever tackled completing a set by weight, e.g. 1/100th ounce increments from lowest known to highest known weight.
