    From time to time I find myself pounding out numbers on my stack on the calculator looking at to the moon scenarios. I know Im not alone!

    I also have a spreadsheet. logged most of my purchases.
    track the currency exchange on it as well.
    Mostly to know where my break even point is, since I've been buying since 2010.
    Use this spreadsheet as input to know what our net worth is at the time.
    Need to be diversified, which we are.

    so yes, I change the numbers once in a while when big moves, either up or down, occur.

    If you use a webquery and link it to a pricing site your sheet can give you the value with current spot pricing in different currencies for your gold and silver. Meaningless but amusing!
