is there really a high demand for the 2015 kooks?

of course started off with the bullion version....and then the 1oz proof after 9 years...then the kg proof version I assume after 9 years...and now next month release will these:25th Anniversary of the Australian Kookaburra 2015 5oz Silver Proof High Relief Coin
25th Anniversary of the Australian Kookaburra 2015 1oz Silver Proof High Relief Coin

I'm going to text someone "Milking the kook for 25 years" just to see the response.

Totally agree with you in that the mint is taking full advantage of the 25th anniversary and this could possibly kill it for stackers of kooks

After nine years there suddenly appears a 1kg proof and now as you rightly point out next month further releases

If anything I would much prefer to see them reinstate the 2oz Kook and make it meaningful

I think the 2oz kooks have never been that popular(i know holdfast would prove me otherwise :). kg proof kook would look in my collection but for that pricetag,no thanks. I would not mind the 5oz high relief though.I probably pick one up 2 years from now at around spot
