You already have 50's, why not add a tube of crocs? If you didn't already have 50's, I'd say get those first. I think having silver coins that circulated is of up most importance but like to have variety
Croc. Sealed tubes will pull extra premium. Premium on fiddys barely moves, crocs have potential for upside. I wont be cracking my tubes.
Big 50's guy here (50% of my stack)...yeah Im into ratio's hahaha But...Im gonna break my own rule and get me some crocs. Couple of tubes + 1 to look at... I don't have any 1oz 999's so these are a go'er for me.
Exactly. The exchange rate on these can only go one way. Croc = at least 3 fiddys, it will never be 2.
If they get ugly and milky they will only be worth spot, 50's command a premium for whatever reason.. Setto
Comparison on Crocs and Fiddy Croc $1 FV, while 3 x fiddy $1.50 FV. 1 oz vs 1.02 oz in total Few weeks old compare to 48 years. Less space vs More space Cannot be break down vs 3 x coins Price wise ~ both are par at the moment. Potential vs Known and established by every Australian. May need capsule vs not require 99.9% vs 80% with bonus copper
keep those Fiddy, Pirate coins , currently no exchange at the moment. Sammy have thousands of them or is it tubes he is collecting?
Im willing to speculate that spots wont be a problem, Im willing to experiment with a couple of tubes...put some straight into airtights and leave some in an unsealed tube. Will post pics say every six months we can all check fir croc viruses. Willalso open a sealed tube in a years time and compare to the others. I will also post pics in 6 months of the aus/us coin tube Ive opened and examined the other week and see if any milkspots have appeared. SS mythbusters.
Not for me, don't have a single one and staying that way unless they sell at spot. I'm happy paying premiums for 999 minty fresh coins but not junk silver.
