It's not a "Coin" if it has no face value, by calling it a "Coin" they can face up to 12 years imprisonment

Needs to be reported and removed from eBay

I reported to ebay. But the ebay system is terrible, firstly they allow replicas and secondly there is no option to choose counterfeit when you report. This isn't just a replica it's counterfeit currency, and there isn't even a text box to explain that to them.

I've also had a try of reporting it to ebay

    Report Category
    Prohibited and restricted items

    Reason for Report
    Stamps, currency, and coins

    Detailed Reason

Replica coins, replica paper money, and replica stamps

The item in this listing is a replica coin, replica paper money, or replica stamp that has not been clearly marked as a reproduction, replica, or copy.

If you look on the queen side of this coins it's marked one oz. 999 silver, if it is only plated this would be straight fraud from the seller.

Plus he is really miss-representing it as a 'Coin' it's not a 'Coin' only the Treasury Department can approve the production of coins, also has copied the 'P' on the face of the so called coin which is the 'Perth Mint' mint mark to show it's an official design and production of the 'Perth Mint' surely some copyright infringement there.
