The problem with wheat is it is a pain in the backside to store and it is not a recognized form of trade in the modernized world.
Other than those 2 points i would say stack away.
    :)

The gluten diet is getting big in America so it will impact the wheat market. There are books such as Wheat Belly that warns people of how bad wheat is. I personally do not eat wheat products of any kind. Diet fads can be impacting the low, and it might stay that way.

I do heirloom seeds and big fibre/oil content plants for sure.
Wheat is to hard to store. Might get lucky and grow some of that psychedelic mould on it, then go burn some witches

if you havent noticed.. theres plenty of soft commodities in the 5yr low basket.. and for that matter more durable commodities.. aka iron ore, oil is in that realm.. charts make dire reading.. i just think Jim Rogers "invest in depressed price assets/commodities" .. commodities have depressed all over them

you can get exposure with futures but its not a nice game to play.. get base metals stocks r.h.bro - there's a base metal for everyone.

As for wheat, don't forget that the price of oil will be reflected in the price of wheat. A lot of fossil fuel is burnt whilst seeding, harvesting and transporting wheat. The cheaper the fuel, the cheaper the wheat. You need to look at margins of producers and world demand to get a better picture of wheat.

I am sorry but I am going to have to say it...
If you decide to stack wheat you will undoubtably make some serious bread......
