Metalor Assay Bar Storage

Hi,

I am looking for some advise and wonder if anyone can assist

I have some 1oz Metalor gold bars in their original assay packaging and am looking for a storage box to put them in. I know PAMP do official storage boxes for their assay bars - I wonder if the Metalor ones I have will fit in their boxes

- does anyone have the dimensions for PAMP packaging, or what size their boxes will accept?

Google does. PAMP- 41 x 24 x 1.70 (mm) and Metalor is 41 x 24. x 1.9. She'll be alright mate

The sizes you gave are for the actual bar. I was after the overall size of the assay packaging (as it will be stored in the assay unopened)

Google doesn't have the assay card measurements.

Can someone pleas measure a PAMP assay card please?

 

I don't have a PAMP card right now to measure. However, all assay packaging I've seen so far is about the size of a credit card. The thickness may vary slightly, but not much. I just use generic boxes like this: https://bullionmoney.com.au/products/accessories/empty-pampperth-mint-certicard-box

I've just measured my assay and it is. 70mm X 90mm. Which is larger than a credit card.

 

Hm... I had no idea that Metalor certicards are so different.

Perth Mint, Pamp using ID-1 size, each box contain 25 cards
