Today i brought - 2 rings and 1 tiffany and co bracelet all with 925 markings. Cheers, HAPPY STACKING
Today I bought a 1/2oz s1 dragon proof for $25. Pretty happy about that one, it's going in the pool room. I also picked up a great pile of Australian $200 proof gold coins and a 1/2oz platinum proof koala. Those are likely to end up in the for sale section. Although the more I think about it the more I like the platinum coin, apparently it comes paired with a small commemorative silver ingot which I haven't seen, intriguing...
Bend over Britannia coin 100g Ag Featuring That Building on the Other Side of Panda Coins And Some Weird Staircase In the Middle of Nowhere And 5 x 0.5g gold power ranger, er, mascot medals I will check if it is real once I get a Precocious Metal Verifier in from Alibaba for $10
I know I Shouldn't jump into things with prices the way they are but the swirls gentlemen, the swirls!
The 5oz 2oz and 100g Scottsdale stacker rounk. The smooth sides do give it an industrial look from the side but the detail in the lions head is amazing. I can see why they went with a smooth sedge, lining up a readed edge could drive those among us with OCD nutz. Now are they swirls or are they ripples? I think they are ripples which are waay cooler than random swirliness. Can you tell the age of the bar by counting the rings?
Picked up a kilo or so of world silver from a stacker on the site, just going through it trying to identify some of the Arabic looking coins (including the Ottoman Empire, don't hear much from them nowadays) and I came across this coin from Uruguay, 1942, only year it was minted with around 9 million or so made, so not rare but not something you see everyday. I have been looking at them on and off for a few years but have never bought one from eBay A very welcome addition to the stack and one that probably won't get cleaned up and put in the treasure chest. They have reused this design as a $10 bi-metallic coin but it really doesn't do it justice.
I bought it on cyber Monday but it's so cool i will say it now A 5 0z Horse... It's my first 5 oz coin and i must say they are very spiffy, could see myself getting more in future
My latest gold purchase a 11.5g 24k ring to match the 24k bracelet! Dont listen to those who talk crap that 24k bends and is weak....absolute BS!!....24k is the real deal...why wear anything less than 24k?
Finally got myself a 100oz silver bar. This thing is quite heavy! And it was interesting to see the price of the bar 7 years ago. Maybe I should write down the price I paid for this bar just to add to its "character".
Today I bought the winner of the ugliest bar ever contest. Any one want to make an offer. It certainly has character.
Wow- when.scrolling down my phone cropped the pic of you bar and.what stood out to me was a contorted - deformed face- evil even. Can u see it- its mouth is open and its nose is bashed in- Eye on left is open- the other closed or squinting
