    no, she is actually a cousin of my gf, we have just been corresponding because she is trying to improve her english, just happens she collects coins

    im not sending money to support her, its for collecting, just happens the money im sending her is made of silver

    Silver is pretty much useless in Thailand :) Tho I do have quite a large stack hidden somewhere there myself..... For future trades :D If your penpal is collecting coins for the fun of collecting then send them along, as she would enjoy the novelty of it. To answer your commerce question! Yes. She would find it very difficult to sell them, as there are very few buyers of silver. If the concern is for resale she would be better off with a gold coins :p

    True but I don't think it's silly to assume that I as a south Australian might know more about rural South Australia than someone who lives in the states just as I might reasonably expect, though not assume, someone on a US forum might know more about Mexico or Canada than someone here.
