You would find there are quite a few TCN's kicking around and when they bounce back to Saudi Arabia they would be carrying it back for "the faithful" as well as for the people who make "contributions" as thankyou tokens.

Actually, I wouldn't be surprised if these end up becoming trophies for the Pesh and US CIA/special operators. Find a few somewhere or on someone and hold on to them and pass any spares out to little brothers and wounded buddies.

All the bullion is stolen from banks and their executed victims who won't give the shahada. No thanks.

    This.

There's a bit a difference between collecting historical coins from WWII (which ended almost 70 years ago, buying one isn't exactly supporting the Third Reich), and seeking out these alleged coins (do they exist yet?) from an active organisation that probably results in fiat funding flowing to them to support activities that are opposed by likely the vast majority of the planet's population.

This thread alone is getting the website on all the wrong radars. They won't be permitted to be traded on here.

Trading coins from North Korea isn't likely to result in your front door being kicked in at 3 in the morning as a supporter of communism.

Maybe there should be an amendment to Godwin's Law so that as well as Hitler, FBI and CIA can be mentioned?

    Just joking.

I bet that the USA is pleased though that the revolutionary oil looks the same as everyone else's.

Just wondering why DailySilverStacker (this post) was not quoted instead of my obvious and plain observation regarding the purchase of any "isis coins" real or not potentially being a crime.

With DailySilverStackers mention of the "word" isis as I see it would raise any potential government surveillance flags, not anything that I have posted in my short post stating the obvious.

The original post is the problem.

    cashgoldsilver :)

P.S. I suspect this thread will be closed soon, and for good reasons.

New ISIS PM coins, comes with embedded chip for convenient counting and GPS for funds tracking to take the guesswork out of whether or not payment was received.

If any australian dealer had them for sale would you buy them. Or would there dark orgin put you off.

Actually I think the designs are nice. Would have been better to have had some details in english on them eg weight, fineness etc.

I do wonder who is minting them or would they be localally minted. Which then rasies issues of quality and purity.

Even so not sure if i would buy one because of it dark orgin as I do not support there cause at all in any way as they are evil people. But they do design nice looking coins.

Metal is metal and I imagine they would be collectable,

Is it a crash when something fragile with high velocity bounces off a solid static mass on firm foundations?

The US imports little oil from the MEAO, most of their imports are from South America. Increasingly Canadian oil and domestic shale gas serve their needs.

I'd invest in some metal for Isis, 7.62 mm would be where I'd start

Oops meant Quote rather than Thank.

The US Mint will have bought the gold from a US gold refiner at spot rate or a market rate (you'd know better than I) whereas Islamic State will melt the gold looted from executed victims. A bit of a difference.

You think ANY respectable mint outside Saudi Arabia will touch their contract? No way.
