Who knows where to get a Nelson Mandela silver eagle 2013??

Does anybody know where i can get the Nelson Mandela silver eagle?

I'm looking on ebay for a long time now, but never see one; i know they are available in the US. Who knows how i can get one, want to have one out of nostalgia, had many respect for Nelson Mandela

I know that website , but they do not ship outside the USA, so i can not make a buy there..

What i don net understand is, that you don't see them anywhere else, it's is a nice package, there must be more people who like these i think?!

 

Does anybody know where i can get a coin not too expensive?

 

Is there nobody on this forum who has this coin for me or an idea how to get this coin??
