2013 Kangaroo in Outback F15 Privy 99.9% Silver Proof - Royal Australian Mint (Mintage 5000) $100 US on eBay
I have never seen a kangaroo flying with a helicopter attachment before, that coin is awesome, people who knock the RAM for being unimaginative need to see this coin!
Altima, Do you collect older 1oz panda gold coin? I seen more older 1oz gold coins toned (red copper) than 1oz PM gold coins (lunar n roo). U reckon the pandas more prone since not being encapsulated? [LD]
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with being encapsulated, cos I have seen some gold maples in capsules with red spots as well. I believe this has something to do with the minting process, which leaves a residue on the top layer of the coin which then develops into a red spot (gold isn't supposed to rust I think). So the gold pandas (or any other coins) that I hunt must be in excellent condition, with no spots/toning/rim nicks/ scratches.
Nice Dustin, I still personally think these designs of the Ag/Au 2014 horse are the best of the whole series 1 & 11
