Pretty much a bloke telling you to sell, and to tell everyone you know to sell, in the hope of creating a panic so the price plummets and he can buy it all himself for cheap, cos he's smart and level headed whereas everyone else got emotional and lost their turtle. Long story short, he implies that if you are driven by fear and herd mentality, him and his investor buddies are more than happy to pick it up when it's cheap and sell it back to you again on the way back up.
its human nature to back a winner no one likes backing forth place so despite what some may think theres only so much paper to go round and people want results and silver has left some bad tastes in mouths that might take a bit to get rid of.
