The email peeks my interest...until I saw the price tag. Try explaining that to my old lady.

You know what they say: don't see silver.
If you look at a diamond you shouldn't see carbon too.

Porcelain dolls don't do that! :)

I like the box with integrated display stand. Just add an LED countdown timer and it would look just like something from a movie where you'd set it up, stand clear, and a laser would then fire through the red bit of the coin to open a port to a parallel dimension.

I think you confused dresden with stargate.
Such stargate shaped silver object would be an idea that could end up somewhere.
But no batteries, just colored glass stones already ok. One can always wave with a light to give it a running. :p

Nah, my graphic software (windows paint and fsviewer) are too basic for this. I even needed to combine both for just this. One for this, the other for that.
    As You May Have Noticed.
You know how a stargate looks like. Isn't it a better idea than many other ehm "ideas" out there?
Or does it involve unbearable royalties?

The sucker that buys that POS will probably have more money than they know what to do with. Wouldn't mind being that sucker ;)

    I'm now in doubt.
Did you draw these pics or is there indeed such coin out there?
The latter is hard to believe, especially considering that 'gate closing' metal.

Searched abit for it, found this http://www.geocoindesign.de/pages/geocoins/spacegate.php
    Geocoin design by Mambo
    It's just 44 mm though. A PeanutGate.
    Nevertheless a good job.
A 10 kilo, and a winning lottery ticket, would certainly convince me.

Btw, I'm aware of 'weird' names for silver, alike German Silver, things that are just plated or so.
This is named "Antik Silber". Really 999 or so silver, or?

Well ehm, those 'geocoins' don't appear like something serious / real silver.

Though they might find a use when voting at silverdoctors.com with your feet. :p

That Antik Silber must have been the name of the paint they used?
