Cannot find any information on the web in relation to where the 1 oz Intrinsic Tender XAG 1 oz mini bars are made or who makes them. Does anyone know at present, I know there are a few XAG products are they all related or not.

Thanks these seem to be everywhere at the moment at around the $2.50 over spot level. Perth Bullion has them, Gold Stackers, Ainslie, Bullion list etc. I like them but I wonder how many different varieties there are and who knows what is getting around now. I know dealers would have their own suppliers and hopefully quality levels. Ainslie have even advertised they are made in the UK.

When I picked up these bad boys from goldstackers the guy was saying they were made in the UK ("commissioned" by goldstackers) the rest of their xag range are from the states, but these were cheaper from the uk

Very nice can see these things becoming addictive, don't know what it is about them but they just have that bit more than a round. Seems to fit in with what have been told as well with the manufacture in the UK thing. Think will snap a few up as at these prices good little trading bar....

Pretty sure the 1oz were made by Baird&Co.

The 10oz Intrinsic Tender sold by Gold Stackers is made by Scottsdale.

It would be good if the Intrinsic Tender website was updated with details of the 1oz and 10oz bars :)

I too have a few of these.(purchased out of curiosity with the change from a recent larger order). To be quite honest they fail to inspire in any way.Sure they may the cheapest (dealer) silver on the market, but boy they sure do look it.(Plus they would have to be the easiest silver to fake) With the cheapest 1oz rounds being only a few cents per ounce more,I don't intend to buy any more of these 1oz XAG bars. When I do eventually want to start selling my Ag these will be the first to go.

They're plenty popular - in excess of 10,000oz sold so far from memory.

You can't fake their quality :p

    "Cheap and cheerful".

The Intrinsic Tender brand was the original XAG denominated product on the market - if it doesn't have the words "Intrinsic Tender" on it, it's not part of the Intrinsic Tender range. Gold Stackers is the company that launched these products, originally as the Silver Stackers rounds for this website. We might do another SS round in the future with a new design.

Not commenting on other brands that are attempting to trademark it out from under us.
