Interesting times ahead by the looks of things. http://www.birimiangold.com/pdfs/ShallowHighGradeGoldConfirmedAtViperProspect11Aug14.pdf
Yup, big movement over the last 2 days. Gone from a low 0.010 on Tuesday to an intraday high of 0.020 today. That's double, people, double !
Get on Board. This little Aussie is about to shine. The stars are really aligning for this little (for now) explorer and there are just a few small pieces of the puzzle to complete the picture. DYOR
9 Months later....hanging in at .09.Anyone else on board this one? While I'm at it, anyone a fan of BLK and BBX....
You mean 0.009 ? Yes still holding. It is by far the biggest holding by volume that we have in our share portfolio. Looks really impressive until you realise it is not really worth much at all. BGS have been reporting some impressive drilling results. However I am disappointed that they have not yet articulated how or when they intend to turn the discoveries into an operational mine generating cashflow.
Trading halt - for 'material acquisition' This could get VERY interesting indeed... http://www.proactiveinvestors.com.a...set-to-reveal-material-acquisition-67195.html
Well that was a bloody surprise... BGS is now a lithium explorer too - wonders will never cease... Gold's still in the ground though... all around the processing plant at Morila News release (PDF): http://alturl.com/ysp4p
I got in a day before the trading halt.. wasnt the Morila plant holders were hoping for... but as i understand it there seems to be a waiting game between Birimian and Rand Gold to see who will break first.. so this lithium aquisition (at a super duper price i might add) will keep the team occupied until Rand Gold runs out of gold to process and BGS can aquire the Morila plant for Sweet FA... was gonna sell on the day and take profits but am liking the way this is unfolding.. Good times to be in goldies..
You trying to gain a few more shares VRS or just impatient after all this time ? The way things are looking the Li alone could be a company maker just by itself in Mali, The Gold in ground already was/is but the lithium deposit is of world class and quite amenable to easy mining being on surface and very rich even in comparison with Greenbushes here in Aus. https://www.yumpu.com/fr/document/view/20423710/telecharger/25 http://www.orobel.biz/info/afrique/orobel/rapport-dngm-service-mines-bamako-mali.html Add the above lithium deal to what is already there and it is alllllll SWEET.!
I've seen exactly this kind of exuberance before with other investments - and just to show that things can always take a curve ball approach, the announcement of an acquisition recently which drove all kinds of speculation... including I believe even a reverse takeover of AGA (!) to access processing at Morila - was an example of that. As far as 'getting more shares cheap', why wouldn't I be taking 'advantage' of the rights issue at 6.2c - I don't understand the question - I'm already loaded up with hundreds of thousands of shares, so 3 for 7 held - sure - but I'm always sceptical when lack of news flow and good communication from management is apparent. So I guess the answer to your question is yes - I'm very impatient now after 4 ears accumulating a stake. You've just said 'the lithium deposit is of world class and quite amenable to easy mining being on surface and very rich' - as far as I recall there's 400,000 oz of gold sitting on surface on our prospects around Morila - and a processing plant sitting there with skilled staff ready to go. Cart before horse, much?
