    If the next low will be above the previous low doesn't that mean the low is already in ?

    The price trend of last weeks is typically sell on strength. They sell a part of what they wanna sell, then allow others to buy it up again. Then they sell another part, and again allow others to buy it up. At some point the ones that thought bottom start to get the picture, start to become reluctant to buy, and then they quickly dump the rest.
    Deja vu!
