    Hi All,

I expect most of you already have safes at home. I for one do... purchased for hard drives, important documents, keys etc...

I'm brand new to stacking so if anyone traces by address and wants to take my safe... good luck selling my expired passport and hard drives full of family photos.

    So...

The plan is to start purchasing gold next year. I know quite a few of you already have very expensive stacks of it. Lets just say... "if" you did have a good stack, would you put it in a security deposit box?

Likewise... do some of you already do this to hide the investment away from your other halves?

A cost of a box in my local area is around 120-160 a year ($203 USD - $271) but it does mean that all your expensive or important bits are extremely safe from thieves taking it all from your house.

No. That's not a great way to build trust.

Aslong as they put in half the work they DESERVE half of everything, it's not fair to cheat them out of anything

Not to mention if anyone goes to that length and distrust then something is already not right in the relationship

Would you take that attitude with a business partner as well? I wouldn't want to be in any relationship with you by the sounds of it.

Just a quick bit of useless information if your storing your hard drives full of family photos in a fire proof safe they may need to be placed in a lead lined sleeve as during a fire the temperature may create an electromagnetic frequency that will erase digital data in the safe. (I hope I used the correct technical terms if not can some one correct me.)

All depends on individual situation regarding a SDB. Whether you trust the people you live with, whether you live in a street accessible house, or a top floor security apartment. Size of PM stack is important also, as well as being able to keep to a preferred GSR. A lot of people are forced to buy gold just because of its uber dollar density over silver.
