    Hey Guys,

I was hoping to get some valuations of the following coins:

    1kg 2010 Kookaburra

    1oz S2 Lunar Tiger

    1oz 2010 Kookaburra

    1oz S2 Lunar Rabbit

    1oz 2011 Koala

    1oz 2011 Panda

    1oz 2012 Canadian W/L Cougar

    Thanks in advance!

    My thoughts...

You can get more sometimes and prices vary a bit lately too.

    1oz 2011 Rabbit between $40-60 - $50 is alright
    1oz 2011 Koala (highest mintage) but about $30-36 - $33 is alright
1oz s2 Tiger - tricky between $50-65 or more sometimes- $60 is fair
    1oz 2010 Kook - fluctuates $30-$55 - $35 is fair

Others I'm not too sure of.

The Cougar is selling for around $28-$30

I am considering selling a few pieces, but it obviously all depends on pricing.

Do you have any suggestions re price?

Stick them up on ebay +13% so at the highest price I quoted maybe more, also put them with a buyitnow or best offer. Some rare items do better overseas.

People on this forum often low ball then if successful put the coin/s or bar/s on ebay themselves. Not everyone but there are many many, I guess it's only natural for a buyer to want to pay the least and a seller to want to get paid the most.

Mintage + demand + intrinsic value = Price

Let's say I offer a s2 1oz tiger for $35, the thread will be awash with buzzes and back up buzzes and double back up buzzes then an inbox full of message asking what else you have to sell.

I'm both a buyer and seller, I change the proportions all the time. I also trade a bit too and on sell metal if I see good value. This allows me to accumulate more of what I want by letting go of some good stuff I can get more of it. I rotate some of my stack every once in a while.
